Gigante Todo grater is the result of the experience of its author, Richard Sapper, creator of the most innovative objects designed for the Alessi brand. Sapper says that in his house he had the task of grating the cheese on the table and from here he begins to think of another object that could make this operation, usually boring, into something pleasant and innovative. Thus was born Todo, the giant grater that allows you to produce the necessary amount of cheese for each dish with a single pass.
