The entrepreneur in the glassmaking, Napoleone Martinuzzi, designed Dèco collection in 1930. In this collection, we find precious elements inspired by the Art Dèco of this period; the art influenced the design of buildings, furniture, and fashion of Europeans. Art Deco represented luxury, glamour, exuberance, and faith in social and technological progress. During this period, Napoleone Martinuzzi decided to express his feelings and so created Dèco collection with bright and colourful vases. The main feature of this collection is the shape:  an endless series of rings, one after the other, like circles in the water, generate waves and reflections of light. Dèco is like an energizing dance: the vases seems dancing, telling, transmitting with light. Each piece is made of opal glass, the masterpiece glasswork of Venini, known all over the world.
