Pots & Pans long-handled saucepan in 18/10 stainless steel with a diameter of 16 cm. The long-handled casserole from the Pots & Pans collection has an extremely minimal design but with high functionality. Ideal for preparing sauces, gravies and meat sauce, it has a magnetic base for any type of cooking including induction. The saucepan in question is part of the third series of Alessi pots, and joins the "Cintura di Orione" by Sapper and the "Mami" by Giovannoni, offering a decidedly lower price range, but with the same attention to design and functionality. Our designer Jasper Morrison has met the goal of maximum representation of the pot in the full sense of the term, with attention to detail and ease of use (the flared edge for convenient pouring, the graduated scale inside the pots) in order to make the products usable and of quality.
