The Barrique trays are part of the GLOCAL collection by knIndustrie. They are made from parts of exhausted barriques. These are oak wood barrels with a capacity of 250 liters used for fermenting or aging wine. Over the years, the barrique imparts vanillin, spicy, resinous, and smoky notes to the wine within. And the wine gives the barrel various nuances that make the trays unique pieces.
