The Barrique trays are part of the GLOCAL collection by knIndustrie. They are made from parts of exhausted barriques. These are 250-liter oak wood barrels used for the fermentation or aging of wine. Over the years, the barrique imparts vanilla, spicy, resinous, and smoky notes to the wine it contains. And the wine gives the barrel various nuances that make each tray a unique piece.
