Drawing inspiration from archetypal industrial constructions, Pipelines is a collection of tables and consoles that explores the various ways of using steel tubes within a contemporary setting. Presented at the Salone del Mobile 2022, the Pipelines collection is the evolution of Test Tubes, an experimental collection of interior pieces made with brass tubes. The pieces in this line are available in a textured, matte black, and a metallic gold lacquer finish. The project involves minimal interventions on the steel pipes, highlighting the charm of this common building material. The surfaces are therefore created through the repetitive rhythm of the metal tubes, which create lightness and solidity at the same time.
