Shipments with destinations that are difficult to reach may incur a supplement that will be promptly communicated to you by our customer service.
Remember that the goods always travel at the buyer's risk until delivery to the recipient, so it is the responsibility of the buyer to duly check the integrity of the package. In the event of damage, breakdowns, delays, total or partial losses of the products ordered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to promptly notify the carrier of the incident, without any responsibility being attributed to Newpop. If you notice an anomaly on the package, we recommend that you check the integrity of the goods contained inside, before accepting the delivery. Delivery times are indicative if there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses) or force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, transport / supply / manufacturing problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government actions and / or regulatory. If the force majeure event persists for a period exceeding two months compared to the normal delivery times, each party will be entitled to withdraw from the contract, without any compensation being due to the other party.
Returns and Refunds
The customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without any penalty and without specifying the reason, no later than the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the purchased product at the address indicated for delivery, pursuant to art. 64 and ss. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 22.07.2005 n. 206).
The right of withdrawal is exercised simply by sending a communication via e-mail to the address email@example.com on which the applicant's name, code and description of the product to be returned must be indicated.
The customer who decides to take advantage of the right of withdrawal is required to return the product by shipping them no later than 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the purchased product, of which the date shown on the delivery document is full proof.
The customer must return the product intact, properly packaged and in its original packaging using the appropriate protections. Returns that are damaged or that have not been kept in their normal state of conservation are not accepted. Products that have obviously been used, soiled or damaged by detergents or additives will not be replaced or refunded.
The customer must insert a copy of the delivery document he has received inside the package. The risks caused by transport for the return of the product to be returned are entirely borne by the customer. The costs incurred for shipping the product are charged to the customer. If the customer has exercised the right of return by complying with these general conditions of sale, Newpop will refund the customer the amount paid for the purchase of the product on the credit card or PayPal account or by bank transfer to the bank details indicated by the customer.
The refund will be made free of charge within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which Newpop becomes aware of the customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.The right of withdrawal, governed by these conditions of sale, does not apply to goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly as required by Legislative Decree 6/9/2005 n. 206 and article 55 of the Consumer Code.
