The Dreamer sculpture by Laolu Testa (limited edition) is crafted in porcelain. Created through an ambitious collaboration between Lladró and Laolu Senbanjo, a renowned visual artist, musician, human rights lawyer, and Nigerian activist now residing in Brooklyn, this work captures the essence of storytelling and boundless artistic expression. Adorned with a powerful combination of black and white, enhanced with a golden reflection, the sculpture is a vibrant tribute to Senbanjo's Yoruba roots, masterfully integrated with a contemporary approach to art. Senbanjo's personal graphic language, which merges influences from traditional Nigerian culture with a modern and captivating artistic treatment, is revealed in the sculptural form, endowing this work with a unique and deeply personal presence, marked by the distinctive touch of a deeply committed creator.
