It was designed by Giancarlo Mattioli, one of the greatest minds of Italian industrial design and collaborator of many architects and designers, for Artemide. The lamp quickly became an icon, thanks to its minimal and timeless design, which is still relevant today. In addition, the choice to use materials and techniques of a typically industrial nature make an object of traditional use modern, designed to furnish and illuminate different environments, standing out in any context thanks to its unusual shape, inspired by a jellyfish.
