The Artisan slow juicer for the stand mixer is an innovative product from KitchenAid, made of durable plastic and stainless steel. Compatible with KitchenAid stand mixers, it easily attaches to the mixer's power hub; the so-called cold press or slow extraction method presses and squeezes ingredients slowly, instead of chopping them like other extractors, offering superior quality and thus yielding nutrient- and vitamin-rich beverages. With this extractor, one can prepare nutrient-rich and delicious purees, jams, and sauces of all kinds. Additionally, it offers various speed settings to extract juice from leafy greens, fresh fruit, or harder vegetables. It also includes three pulp filters, allowing for the selection of different juice consistencies, from low-pulp smooth juices to high-pulp juices. This product also features a large food chute, dual pushers and cutting blades to easily work with soft, hard, and leafy fruits and vegetables of various sizes. The Artisan slow juicer is dishwasher safe.
