The initial vitrification guarantees long life and resistance to thermal shocks, the subsequent vitrifications give a brightly colored finish. The Cocotte Casserole is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and oven. The vitrified surface does not absorb or transfer moisture, odors, flavors to the dishes being cooked, resists all types of acidity and maintains the flavor and nutritional properties of the food. It is very easy to use thanks to the large handles that guarantee a secure grip and also thanks to the stainless steel knob that easily disperses heat.
