The Pip-e armchair designed by Philippe Starck & Eugeni Quitllet is a reinterpretation of the classic slatted chair, scaled down in a contemporary way, acquiring a particular connotation. In Pip-e, in fact, the succession of horizontal elements, which create the seat and backrest, takes on a strong chiaroscuro value and continues, in an unexpected way, to accompany the internal curvature of the legs.
